Data Deletion Instructions

ListPo allows you to login using your Facebook account. According to Facebook Platform Rules, we have to provide a User Data Deletion Callback URL or Data Deletion Instructions URL. If you want to delete your activities and data associated with ListPo, you can do so by following the instructions below.

Method 1: Delete via the ListPo App (Recommended)

You can permanently delete all your data directly within the ListPo app.

1. Open the ListPo app on your device.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Navigate to Privacy & Data.
4. Select Account Deletion and confirm.

This action will instantly and irreversibly erase your account profile and all associated cloud data from our servers.

Method 2: Remove App via Facebook

If you no longer have the app installed and want to remove ListPo’s access to your Facebook data:

1. Go to your Facebook Account’s Settings & Privacy.
2. Click Settings.
3. Scroll down and click Apps and Websites (or go to https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications).
4. Find ListPo in the list and click on it.
5. Click the Remove button.
6. Check the boxes according to your preference and confirm the removal.
