Welcome to ListPo (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ListPo mobile application (the “App”) and website.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ListPo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By using ListPo, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction).
• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms.
• Your use of the App will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

2. License & Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use ListPo for your personal, non-commercial use on mobile devices that you own or control.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or distribute the App.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Accounts & Security

You may use ListPo anonymously with local device storage or log in using third-party authentication providers (Google, Apple, or Facebook).

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately at notepoapp@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

4. User Content & Privacy

A. Ownership

You retain full ownership of all notes, text, lists, and content (“User Content”) that you create, store, or transmit through ListPo. We claim no ownership rights over your User Content.

B. Storage & Syncing

• Local Storage: By default, your User Content is saved locally on your device.
• Cloud Sync: If you enable Cloud Sync, your User Content is transmitted to and backed up on secure cloud servers (Google Firebase) so you can access it across your devices.
• End-to-End Encryption: If you enable optional Encryption, your User Content is encrypted locally using a passkey known only to you. You are solely responsible for remembering your encryption passkey. We cannot recover or reset passkeys, nor can we decrypt your encrypted notes.

C. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

ListPo offers free features, as well as optional premium subscriptions or features unlocked via rewarded ads or in-app purchases.

• Billing: All payment transactions are processed directly through Apple’s App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds: All refund requests are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly handle payment processing or issue direct refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

The ListPo App, including its visual design, logo, original code, graphics, and trademarks, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

LISTPO IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM DATA LOSS OR VIRUSES. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKING UP YOUR IMPORTANT CONTENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LISTPO, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE APP.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ListPo at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App and deleting your account via the in-app Settings > Privacy & Data menu.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of ListPo following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
